Depression, Denial & Anger Management

Coping with denial, repressed anger or depression is currently fourth among the top 10 leading psychological issues.

Elizabeth Kubler-Ross was a Swiss-American psychiatrist who became a household name for her 5 stages of grief and loss model (denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance). While her original research was based on dying people, it was later accepted that those 5 stages also develop in similar ways to personal growth and emotional losses. However, the stages may not necessarily be in the same sequence and sometimes overlap. I will help you identify and manage your own process.

Our ego has both a positive side (our consciousness) and a negative side (our false self). Deflating the ego negative side is a natural process that creates a sense of loss. Those corresponding 5 stages of loss are painful, but are a healthy set of emotional reactions. I will help you (1) accepting to go with the flow without fighting your own feelings, (2) taking good care of yourself, relaxing and doing things you love, (3) eating health-conscious and pleasurable food, (4) resting and listening to your body messages, and (5) managing your energy level. Astro-psychological symbolical images will guide you to your subjective perception of your true self in your journey towards the ego losses.
